2.3 **Minimum Work Hours:** The Subcontractor guarantees a minimum of 40 hours of work per engagement, providing a foundation for project involvement.

2.4 **Additional Payments:** Work exceeding the initial 40 hours shall be compensated at the agreed-upon hourly rate, ensuring fair remuneration for additional efforts.
